  • Neuropsychological Evaluations

  • A neuropsychological evaluation assesses one’s cognitive function and psychological state in an effort to pinpoint the cause of observed struggles. Data gathered during the testing process is analyzed and compared with standard norms which can reveal specific brain functions that need attention. A formal diagnosis and tailored/actionable treatment recommendations will be identified based on the results. Certain treatment options are provided in house while for others we provide referrals to specialists and clinics.

The testing process typically involves 4 sessions: An initial consultation, two testing sessions (up to three hours long each) and a feedback session. Tests administered generally include memory, problem-solving, attention, reasoning, language, spatial awareness, mood, and personality.

Common reasons for a neuropsychological assessment include:

    • Concussions
    • ADHD
    • Sensory Processing
